New Temple
As the body of Christ, we have been exercising our ministries “for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12). This work has been marked by faithfulness to the Word of God and the love with which we welcome those whom God has brought to us. As Ephesians also affirms, we have grown in Christ “by speaking the truth in love”.
In this way, we are not surprised to see how much God has spiritually and numerically built His Church. This has generated new opportunities to reach our community and develop our ministries. Such growth also brings new challenges and needs.
This section of our website was created precisely to share with you one of our most prominent challenges: Today, our meetings are already taking place in the annex that has been built, where the new classrooms will be located in the future, with space for approximately 250 people, no longer able to accommodate the growth that God has given us. The same is true for our classrooms (old building that will be demolished), which can no longer support new students.
God, in His infinite goodness, has already blessed us in many ways. The land we have is a result of His kindness. And during 2018, He allowed us to start the architectural and engineering projects for our new temple. With defined projects, and approved by the city hall, we started the construction. The drawings and virtual scenes allow us to have a good idea of what will be built.
The work has already begun, and the project was planned in a way that allows the new worship hall to be built without requiring any changes to the current hall, thus allowing us to continue with our meetings and worship to our God while the work is being carried out. As a church, we have now saved part of our resources for the construction of the temple, and we are progressing in stages as the resources allow us. There is still a long way to go, but we know that everything happens within His will, and so we wait in peace for the right moment when God will allow us to move forward, in the meantime, we do our part.

- Pray – God is the owner of everything. We depend entirely on Him to fulfill these dreams. Dreams that will only come true if it is His will and desire for our lives. Therefore, constant prayer is the means we have to make sure we are fulfilling God’s purpose in our lives and to allow Him to work in our hearts during this journey.
- Serving, participating – More than resources and material possessions, God is interested in our souls, in our lives. A new temple is of no value if those who are there do not seek the Lord with all their heart and understanding, in spirit and in truth. Before worrying about helping us financially, seek God, have a life dedicated to loving and serving Him. Participate in our church or your church, be edified, and allow God to use your life to accomplish His work.
